The publisher
EsportsNews.pro is the public-facing identity of the private publisher responsible for this website and its handling of visitor information. The operator keeps a legal name and private personal details off the public website for privacy and security. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@esportsnews.pro.

What the site may receive
The site currently does not offer user accounts, comments, payments, a newsletter form or first-party behavioral analytics. It does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information from visitors.
03 · Purpose and basis
Why information is processed
Technical information is processed only as reasonably necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the publication. Email information is processed to respond to the request you initiated and to maintain an appropriate record of corrections, rights questions or other publisher correspondence. Where consent is the appropriate basis, such as choosing to load a third-party media player, the site waits for your action before connecting that player.

Who may receive information
- HostingerHosts and serves the web application and may process operational logs.
- CloudflareProvides the match-data Worker, caching, storage and security services and may process network request data.
- Email providerProcesses messages sent to the publisher contact address.
- Twitch and YouTubeReceive a request only after you load an embedded player or visit the provider directly. Their own privacy terms then apply.
These providers may process information in countries outside the Philippines under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. EsportsNews.pro does not sell visitor personal information.
05 · Retention and security
How long information is kept
Publisher-held email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, maintain a correction or rights record, meet a legal obligation or protect the publication from misuse. Technical logs are retained according to operational need and the configured retention practices of the relevant hosting or security provider. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
06 · Your choices and rights
How to make a request
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about personal information associated with you, request access or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, request erasure where appropriate, or raise a complaint. Email contact@esportsnews.pro with “Privacy request” in the subject line and enough detail to identify the relevant interaction. The publisher may request limited verification before acting on a request.

General-audience publication
EsportsNews.pro is a general-audience esports publication and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
